El origin of these pains it can be very varied, it is not defined in a single question. It can be bad posture, lifting excess weight, anxiety and stress, injuries, bumps, fractures, herniated disc, pregnancy, and many other causes.
Although whenever we have severe back pain we must go to a doctor, some natural remedies will help alleviate our symptoms.
Apply cold and also heat
For this we need two towels. The first we prepare with ice cubes, until we can feel it very cold. With it we will press the affected area for about 20 minutes.
Then we substitute this first towel for another, which we will moisten well with hot water, letting it act for another 20 minutes.
The combination of vinegar and rosemary
A mixture with a liter of water, a cup of vinegar, and two tablespoons, is very effective against back pain. We will let it rest for 5 minutes, and we will wet a towel with the mixture, applying it to the affected area for 10 or 15 minutes.

All the sage leaves have important properties for the treatment of back pain. It is recommended to take three cups of an infusion of sage per day. To make this mixture, we combine 2 tablespoons of sage in 1 liter of boiling water, let it boil for a few minutes and serve.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of the most effective in avoiding the discomfort of back pain. We will obtain benefits from this vitamin taking some food rich in it, such as kiwi, strawberries, citrus, etc., and also from a sun exposure. The sun's rays provide us with vitamin C.
Physical exercise
Perform exercises in our daily life it will also help us avoid and relieve back pain. Some examples are yoga, Pilates and swimming, ideal for relaxing and strengthening our back.
