On occasion, we have all been through the bad time of showering with cold water. However, although it may not seem like it, showering with cold water can bring us important internal and external benefits.
Almost no one likes to shower with cold water. However, once we try it, it can be addictive.
These are the reasons that usually lead to having to shower with cold water:

A better immune system. Showering with cold water causes our body to react by stimulating its metabolism and its immune system. This will make us stronger and less vulnerable to viruses.
Fertility. The high temperatures affect the quality and quantity of sperm.
