Wearing the tie inside the shirt, a new trend?

It has been around for a few days on blogs and social networks. They say that with seeing three times, in different places, something characteristic that had never been seen before, it already becomes a trend. Blogs publish it and people start to echo a new way of wearing their pants, their shirts and now, their ties. At the exit of a parade anything can happen, we never know what will take such celebrity or such editor until we see it. First it baffles us, then we start to get a taste for it, we love it and, if in the end that trend gets too popular, we hate it. I have not yet gotten tired of the colorful camouflage print that has been around for months, but I'm sure it will be the same with it.

However, there is no way to catch this trend. If ties are already a completely unnecessary complement (their true task was to adjust the collar of the shirt and it has already become a simple ornament), I see the idea of inserting the tail between the buttons as nonsense. Are editors so eager to get new trends so as not to bore the public that anything goes? Do we sometimes forget to adjust our clothes to the protocol of how a tie, a jacket or simple sunglasses should be worn well? I'm not talking about going all the same, uniformed and, above all, boring, but I think that trends should be driven by a specific fact, by something that was practical at the beginning. And in the case of this, it will end up becoming an unequivocal and unnecessary signal of someone who, to feel more modern or more fashion insider, adopt your wardrobe from day to day.

I hope this trend doesn't catch on, and not only because I don't like it, but because sometimes we get a little out of hand when it comes to following fashion and we wear things without being aware of our own style, simply following trends that, we believe They will make us be accepted by a specific branch of society.

And you? What do you think of this new "trend"?

I think that is what used to be done when men in suits ate or required that they not be disturbed…. and now it is a trend…. Well, I don't know if it convinces me or not… ..

Putting the tie inside the shirt is a matter of comfort, since there are times when riding the bicycle or motorcycle starts to fly ... I think that is the only moment in which you can forgive the wearing the tie inside ... Any other reason, the truth, does not make sense ...

I can't see the meaning of your criticism ... is it practical and rational to wear prints, or fold the hem of the chinos, or wear skinny or flared jeans, but not putting the tie on the inside? Fashion is completely irrational and does not follow practice. It is a matter of appearance, not comfort.

Certainly I agree with you, you have to know how to use fashions and not follow them like sheep, in this case the tie inside the shirt would only make it acceptable if, like the model with the red shirt, your shirt is very tight and you are in good shape But the ones in the last photos really look bad, like you, I hope this is just an idea that doesn't suit everyone, at least I don't quite like it

IT IS NOT FASHION, NOR TREND, IT IS PRACTICAL WHEN WALKING, SO THE TIE DOES NOT FLY TO THE FACE ...

I SEE IT JUST AS A WAY TO WEAR IT WHILE YOU WALK OR DO SOMETHING WHERE THE TIE COMES INTO YOUR FACE OR IT CAN GET DIRTY. BUT AS THE TRUTH TRENDS I DO NOT LIKE

The fashion comes from the parades of the navy in which often, due to the climatic conditions near the sea, where the marines parade, the ties on the uniforms fly everywhere at the mercy of the wind. The solution is to introduce it inside.
