How to wear shorts this summer (according to Reiss)

The British firm Reiss dedicates its latest editorial to one of the essential garments of the warm months: the short pants.

Four smart combinations that revolve around sartorial shorts, which offer us inspiration for our holiday looksespecially for well-dressed men.

The typical look of navy blue pants + white shirt, although enriched with the jacquard detail and the open collar of the upper garment. The sartorial cut of both garments is essential for the combination to work.

A fantastic tonal look With a raw sailor striped shirt and off-white trousers, it is rounded off with a cream-colored Panama hat and suede loafers with double tassels in navy blue. Knitted T-shirts are a formal alternative to cotton models.

Reiss includes pink –one of the colors of the season–, although it does so with a muted tone in the company's sophisticated line. Accompanied by shorts in taupe, shape a style that is as summery as it is elegant. In an example of minimalism, sunglasses reappear as the only accessory.

The firm claims the use of black during the warm months through this latest look. Long-sleeved shirt tucked inside sartorial shorts and espadrilles in the same color form this proposal to take into account for night outings.
