In the 20s, and with the idea of creating a functional jacket to go on a motorcycle, the manufacturer Irving Schott created the 'perfect', the first leather jacket with a zip that he renamed in honor of his favorite cigar. At the time, Schott couldn't think that his creation was going to become one of the most famous garments in history, turned into a symbol of a whole generation.
It was in the 50s, and thanks to icons like Marlon Brando and James Dean, that this jacket became a legend. Now, the firm Schott-NYC recovers the jacket of the rebels with a very limited edition (of only 50 units), inspired by the original model worn by Marlon Brando in the movie 'Wild'.
It is the 'Perfect Marlon Brando Limited Edition', made by hand with horse leather acid wash. As a curiosity, it incorporates the original 'D' -shaped pocket from the first model, created in 1928, and the exclusive Riri signature zippers. Only 50 units will be sold at a price of 939 euros.
Woou this general I fell in love with the chaketa 😀
