Homemade mask to hydrate the feet

The feet are the eternal forgotten in our body care. We have become accustomed to hydrating our face and body. But what about our feet? It is more common for us to worry about taking care of our feet in summer, but when autumn comes they fall back into oblivion. So today I propose you a simple homemade avocado-based moisturizer that is very simple to prepare and gives very good results.

All we need is a ripe avocado and a natural yogurt. We mix both products creating a homogeneous paste. We can help ourselves with a fork or a mixer. Once it has a consistency similar to that of a cream it is time to apply it.

Spread the mask well all over the foot and cover each foot with a plastic bag. The bag will keep warm and the mixture will work faster. Keep the mask applied for 20 minutes and then remove it with warm water. You will see how you notice the difference in the moment. You can apply this mask every 10 days.
