We already told you a few months ago, COS (Collection of Style), H & M's most luxurious brand, was about to land in Spain. Finally the day has come, the Swedish firm has opened its first COS boutique in Spain. The chosen place has been an emblematic building in Barcelona, located at number 27 Paseo de Gracia.
The new COS flagship store occupies a privileged space in the heart of Barcelona, with more than 600 square meters of commercial space distributed in two floors. Black and white are the predominant colors of the store, the work of architect William Russell, both in the decoration and in the fashion collections. Collections of men's, women's and children's clothing will be sold at the new point of sale of the so-called "expensive line from H&M".
And what does COS (Collection of Style) have that H&M doesn't? Well, the main difference between the low-cost firm and its «luxury sister» is the 'ready-to-wear' design concept and the prices, which will be significantly higher in COS. The new H&M line was born as the idea of bringing fashion closer to the general public, with more sophisticated designs and higher quality fabrics and finishes.
With the Barcelona store, the Collection of Style brand adds a new and exclusive point of sale to its European circuit. Since the launch of COS in 2007, the brand has not stopped growing, opening stores in the best commercial locations in countries such as Germany, Belgium, Holland, Great Britain and Denmark.
