Although it is highly recommended to do it at least once a week, keep in mind that those with excessively sensitive skin should exfoliate less often. As long as they have oily or combination skin they can do it every 7 or 10 days.
Having clarified this point, today we show you several homemade tricks to exfoliate at home. Simple and natural advice very easy to do.
Coffee scrub
We started a recipe for coffee lovers. And is that coffee is one of the best natural exfoliants, a product that we all have at home. Need a coffee spoon of the granulated type plus two tablespoons of moisturizing face cream. The ingredients are mixed and applied doing a circular cleaning avoiding the eye contour. Let it act for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water.
Lemon scrub
Lemon is another very good natural exfoliant although, due to its citrus properties, it can cause blemishes on the skin, so this recipe is best done only at night. As an advantage, lemon provides bleaching properties. We need the juice of half a lemon plus two tablespoons of white sugar. Both ingredients are mixed and the skin is cleaned in the same way as the previous recipe. Let it act for 1 to 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
Milk scrub
Milk is good for oily skin as it helps eliminate excess sebum and also provides softness. We mix three tablespoons of milk with one of salt and apply to the face with circular movements for 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
In any of the three recipes, after exfoliating do not forget to apply a moisturizer specific for face.
