Although it is more common than the slow traffic in women, there are many men who suffer from constipation. Constipation is the elimination of stool through scanty stools, difficult to pass or too infrequent.
Many people believe that by going 3 times a week they think they are constipated, but that depends on the functioning of the body.
To control this annoying condition, just follow these clear dietary guidelines:
- Eating foods high in fiber (all kinds of vegetables, fruits and legumes) can be reinforced by eating cereals.
- Avoid excessive consumption of white flour and sugar.
- Drink at least two liters of water per day.
- Avoid coffee, tea and cigarettes.
- Do exercises daily.
- Reduce the consumption of cheeses, especially hard ones.
